Who I am
I am a chemist about to obtain his PhD. While I’ll toss out “science” related items from time to time, my forte is not nutritional science. I have a decent (or at least enormously better-than-Kevin-Trudeau) understanding of metabolism and the biochemistry behind that, but I don’t purport to be anyone with sufficient scientific background to come up with the “perfect” fitness regiment based upon the most appropriate muscle groups. I am, to be frank, quite ignorant of the mechanical aspects of the body and how to obtain specific fitness results. Indeed, I’ve injured myself further by assuming things about the body that were simply untrue.
The only thing having a scientific background brings to the table is a refined Baloney Detection Kit. Everything else I suggest should be treated as specious at best or a blatant fabrication at worst.
